  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Lets bring some positivity in here ! What is an oddly specific thing that motivates you or helps you?
It can be smth that motivates you to just simply take care of yourself, work, or even life in general. Maybe others find it strange, useless, or silly, but if it helps you, why does it matter? Who knows, you might even get inspired by other's answers and implement some new things in your life :)
I'll start:
Brushing my teeth with children's toothpaste motivates me to actually even brush my teeth..sometimes, after a really long day I barely have motivation to brush my teeth, but knowing I'll brush my teeth with a sweet toothpaste makes it at least a bit more bearable, than when it'd leave that icky minty feeling in my mouth. Sounds silly, but it seriously helps me ^^

Certain songs comfort me. Not entirely sure why, but I love this... I think it's so charming and olde worlde. Plus, I loved the character it represented in the film. A bit like he lived in his own little bubble. I kind of do too:

Sometimes I'll buy food that reminds me of happier parts of my childhood. I have films too that are mainly reserved for when I need reassurance.

The stars appearing and moon rising motivates me, and also a friend of mine. The other day i was out in the forest seeking for flowers that i like, forget me not's specifically, my favorite flowers. Sadly found none but a friend of mine in a neighbor country sent me a picture he had taken at the time of the flowers i was looking for while he was also taking a walk near a pond. Made me appreciate him and myself for being able to experience such lovely sight and feeling that he granted me.

Dinosaurs. Im fixated on life that existed megaannums ago and I love to indulge in it as a means of escape. Theres a seemingly never ending flow of things to learn about the prehistoric, It involves enough scientific processes to be somewhat intellectually fulfilling, but its so far from the way of the world today, it might as well be like science fiction, you could argue a lot of it is just speculation/theory. It helps me love things of this earth, while simultaneously distracting me from my own life and the dysfunction of this current world.
