What if I don't break neck on full suspension?

I am planning to CTB by hanging on full suspension. Though the drop will be low so If I don't break neck then how much time it will take to die? I will do on 28th March.

You don't need a drop with full suspension. You pass out and die bc the arteries are blocked and there is no blood flow into your brain.

When you constrict your carotid arteries correctly, you should die between 12-20 minutes, but like is said in https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/how-to-hang-yourself.1183/ megathread, is good have 30 minutes just to give the certain that nobody can save you and so die.

i think people rely on a method that breaks their necks not because it ensures death but because it paralyses their body preventing it from saving them

explanation: some people can pull themselves up the noose or untie it, and your unconscious body can flail around disrupting the noose

10 seconds max, and it's lights out. You don't feel anything after that. Takes several minutes to fully die though. I don't know how much, but the general advice is that you must not be found for at least 30 minutes if you want to be on the safe side. You don't want to be saved and wake up as a vegetable.
