I did at least manage to get out of bed to feed the animals. She let's me know when I'm late.

And some fried chicken with oyster sauce. With tempe on the side. And also this iced melon drink called "Kuwut"

Mmmm. Hot tea. I'm sitting on the floor by my little gas stove trying to warm up. Kind of temping to hug it and put my face on it but it would be really hard to explain those burns.
I also forgot to do something when I was a teenager- someone close to me told me to CTB. I wish I had listened.
Im trying to get up the gumption to cook my usual 2 eggs with pepper strips and cheese. I'll make some tea too!

Good job eating something and even getting protein in. Be gentle with yourself- I doubt that you are lazy. I think for many of us just making it to work and eating something is a win.
