What happens when N gets seized by customs?

Okay so I have found a thread, but the answers weren't too clear so I'm just asking too be sure. I live in Germany I haven't lived here for too long so I'm not too sure what the police would do, but I'm under the impression that the police and customs take the importation of illegal substances very seriously. If I were to order and the package gets seized by customs would there be any penalties? And if there are what would they be? Like I seriously don't want to risk jail time I think I'll just go a safer route and make an exit bag, what do you guys think?

Sorry I don't have any answers for you on this,. But I'd imagine what they do varies on where you live. As for Germany,. Idk ?

Just a couple of days ago someone posted in this forum (again) what the label on the bottles says. Of course I will not quote it. Now customs knows what to look for and will be very grateful for this important information. The thread was deleted, but the Internet does not forget anything and authorities also read in this forum, even without login.

I know a case in Germany where someone had a prosecution for importing SN from abroad.
