No, I don't know either.

I've been looking into overdosing because even though it's most definitely not the method I would choose, there's a lot of articles and research to deep dive into. In my web browsing, I came across many hypotheticals proposed about dying painfully from liver failure. It just got me wondering, if someone overdoses from something like acetaminophen what happens if they're past the point of treatment? If the only feasible options left are transplants. Are they allowed to ask for end of life treatment or do hospitals just try to make them as comfortable as possible once they're too far gone?
