Hopefully not .... depends if you are found. People manage to CTB when they throw up, some people recover. Some people dont throw up. Its about how much is absorbed in your system as far as I can tell and unless you call for help or someone finds you then no one is taking you to hospital

Depends on how much you throw up, you could still die if there is SN in your body.

Depends how much is in your system ... its a small amount which is lethal but the recommended dose is to do with speed of ingestion. I am not an expert - there is lots of advice on the forum, read stans guide it will tell you all about it or the sn megathread

I recommend using the site search for SN successes and failures, there are two threads that have gathered anecdotal accounts. Some vomit with or without meto, some don't vomit with or without meto. You can still vomit and die.

The forumula for success is enough SN with the least amount of water, generally 25 g SN to 50 ml water, and not being rescued or calling for help.

If you survive, it will likely require hospitalization. See the anecdotal accounts.

There is no way for anyone to know until it happens. Too many factors involved. Everyone reacts differently, and it depends on when you throw up, how much you throw up, and how much you manage to absorb before that happens.

Personally, I believe if there are this many questions and concerns, you should wait and get the rest of the supplies.

No, I can't get it so I'm taking the SN, rivotril and ibuprofen. I'll take my chances, but people have ctbed without meto

Yes they have - its just about trying to absorb as much as you can

The methemoglobinemia from the SN will cause your skin to turn blue. If you want the method to work, then this is something you want to happen. You may have already lost consciousness by the time it does.

Nausea is one of the most common symptoms, if you look at the anecdotal accounts you'll see that it passes.

It all depends on circumstances. If they find you then yes, they gonna call ambulance, also you may call yourself ambulance, otherwise you'll die most likely.

Not the answer you're looking for but Maybe to Most Likely.

There's a lot of factors. On an empty stomach, your body is going to process anything in there very quickly. It all depends on how much makes it through the stomach and into the bloodstream... and it doesn't take much to wreak havoc on your blood. SN isn't child's play.

Will I have to go to the hospital?
General comment on reliability of the method :
If you follow the protocol (Stan's guide) closely, and have a certain amount of determination to undergo some discomfort without calling an ambulance, and provided you are not found, then the likelihood of the method failing is very low.
Some members have vomited, but still been successful. In the cases where people vomited it doesn't appear they drank any more SN, yet they still appeared to succeed, although the recommendation is to have a couple of extra glasses ready, and to drink more in the event of vomiting.

I suppose if you were to throw up immediately or very soon after drinking, and you didn't or couldn't drink any more, then there is a risk of your body not absorbing enough.

In terms of do you have to go to the hospital, well you would only need to do that if :
> You wanted to, eg you change your mind
> The method fails, and you are in pain for a prolonged period
