What good things did you do or happen today?

Something nice must have happened right? even if it meant not suddenly feeling sick!
For me I found some music I enjoyed so am loving that right now!

I made it through my working day and now I sit in an armchair with a cat on my lap and feel perfectly relaxed.

I have vodka and I have food in the fridge.
I'm not starving and I'm grateful for that.

I managed to get out and walk my dog, despite the weather and being in a ton of pain.
I also made a phone call (i'm phobic of talking on the phone)
So now i'm on the couch with my heating pad on my back- watching a Christmas movie (lol) while my happy dog sleeps relaxed nearby.
Since he's happy- i'm able to relax a bit.

Had very delicious savoury beef noodles from a Vietnamese restaurant, went out to get some groceries, rewatched early episodes of Modern Family (surprisingly hilarious!) and did a couple other chores. Now planning to go watch some more TV, maybe read, then plan for some good cooking for tomorrow. I consider this a relatively good day!

It can be soo hard to make a call when you have anxietybut you did it so feel proud of yourself it can be spooky!

I had another nap this morning which was very refreshing. I also had very little to do at work today and talked to a colleague. After work I went outside for a short walk and felt the cold and crisp air (it's as if all the oxygen in your system gets replenished).

When the air is just the right temp and you get a nice breeze it feels so nice.

So when I stopped at 7/11 for gas and smokes, I got one of the homeless people hanging outside that I recognized a drink, some snacks, and a few dollars. I'm sorry that he's struggling with drug addiction (I've seen evidence first hand). He was always a nice guy whenever I interacted with him.

That is nice I like to give homeless people money for alcohol or drugs.
They have the right idea IMO
