I seem to have no concept of it anymore. It's all relative. Days feel like weeks. Weeks feel like months. Months feel like years. Years feel like lifetimes.

I count time in relation to work. Time is for me Monday to Friday - work, weekend - off, repeat.
But this is a very difficult question.
When I was very sick and bed-ridden, time had completely lost its meaning. I felt stuck in a loop, going over the same old ground again and again. Being outside of time gave me enormous anxiety.
Lately every morning i feel like i'm simply reseting. Being woked up in someones body with the situation aroud, but can't access what my life was, only some surface stuff and events. Most things and people around feel so distant to me, every morning. So i don't think i have any perception of days, weeks or months if it wasn't the calendar.
