CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I suspect whoever typed it meant CTB- 'Catching The Bus'. As others have said- a euphemism for taking your own life- suicide. As far as I'm aware, it's a hangover from earlier versions of the site where people wanted to avoid using the actual terms and making it easier for pro-lifers to search for and target the site. I think by now, most are already aware of the site though.

I suppose I started using it to try and fit in with the vernacular here. Sometimes I suppose it's just a way of sugar coating it for ourselves maybe.
