Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hey, is your username a reference to the Sleater Kinney song with those lyrics? Either way... hope you can find some rest in this life, too, in the meantime.

I think after we are gone depending if you decide to go into the white light or not we have a life review and and experience all the good and bad things we have done in life so we actually have to feel how we made them people feel, I think then we go on to recharge until we forget how bad life was to us and decide to come back for another experience after all no matter how bad we hate being here there are things we will miss.
Then again there could be nothing in which case billions of people have gone before me and not complained so I won't, lol
That is logical, but considering the mystery of life and the universe and where it all comes from I like to entertain the possibility of discovering what all of this is.
I think most of people here are atheists and don't believe in after life. At least, that's what I understood in the last thread about this subject. I think there is nothing, just like before we are born. It's a hard concept for the mind as it is hard to imagine "nothingness". Especially when it comes to us. We are not really wired to imagine the absence of consciousness.
I am very ok with the idea of not being anymore. No joy, sure, but no pain either. It's a good deal for people like me who are always suffering.
I was in a coma for 3 days @6BPM hr, I know doesn't count but still, it was like a long sleep. Had no idea how long I'd been out, it was blackness, no dreams. Nothing. Like hitting your head and coming round later. 'Cept it was 3 days.
Partly I believe that there is just nothing after we die. The other part of me believes that this life is just a dream/nightmare and I will wake up to the true reality when I die.

I used to think we arrived at an airport like departure lounge with all the other dead people and you could choose heaven: good .....hell: better ......or reincarnation: no thanks.
then I thought about the bit before I existed, and thought well I didn't know I didn't exist then.... but maybe I just don't remember it? I don't remember being in the womb either.
Either way... I don't think my family friends and dogs and horses are waiting for me. Sad but true that I don't see them again. Especially the dogs and horses
Life is so complex. It's hard to believe that after life there would be completely nothing. We were nothing before we were born (and some could argue we're nothing when we die) but I think there's something more. Something as complex as life itself. Death is inevitable and people die every day so I think there is something that awaits -- just not sure what
I don't know and I don't feel like making up my mind in that context, altough I'd like the thought of a Paradise after-life, and maybe a bad place for bad people.
I don't believe in God or anything but I think it would just be nice if everyone that suffered was reborn, whether in the after-life or on earth or another plane of existance in the most loving happy family. Wishful thinking but it honestly makes me happy to think like that, in all likelihood there is nothing but there is also peace.
Some believed there's nothing after death like you just simply don't exist anymore but what about ghosts or spirits? Are they simply dead peoples' souls or another species entirely?? I don't believe those ghosts/spirits sightings are fake.
After many years of being undecided/not thinking about it at all, and then trying my hand at spirituality before turning my attention to religion, I now firmly believe there's nothing. Nothing to smell, see, hear, or touch. No memories. No awareness of existing. No sadness, no happiness, in fact no emotion at all. It simply ends, like you can't remember before you were born, 'cause you didn't exist. There's nothing to regret or fear. It's just the end, once and for all.
I have a very strong feeling that I always exist. Cos I am existence itself. I cant be absent cos im presence itself. I have to be present always to witness.
