Method What do you think about this anchor on the ceiling for full suspension?

I wanna do full suspension hanging, we have this anchor at home, how can I check that it will handle my weight?

That doesn't look like it would hold at all but you can always test how much weight it supports.

Without knowing whether it goes through the joist or just into the ceiling it is impossible to judge. Best bet, get a rope on it and have a good pull on it. If that holds then try to swing on it using your arms. If it holds you that way it will hold whatever.

Just attach a rope and hang from it. It's the same force whether you use your hands or your neck.

Keep in mind it needs to hold for 20-30 minutes.
