Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hello,
If, for some reason, you get caught while attempting suicide, what should one do? What's the best defense to avoid psych ward or consequences? Should one deny or say it was just an impulse? I live in France if that matters
I'd say it depends on the situation and method. But if you can't deny it then own it and tell them you wanted to CTB but that you also want help. They'll be more willing to let you go or shorten your stay if you own it and get help.
Say that you regret it, and that you no longer wish to die. If they lock you up, put on the happy mask, and pretend that you're fine and better until they let you out. No use telling them what you really think, or you'll be in there longer.
My mam has come in while I was counting out amitriptyline pills. I am luck she is so incredibly dense and emotionally obtuse that me continuing to do it like it was nothing lead her to not even question it
I don't know about your ex-partner, but my mam is dangerous levels of inept and discompassionate. I mean, she potentially has genuinely got early onset of dementia, as well as just generally being very ignorant and unintelligent, as well as being a terrible person.

I feel for you, what a mess of a person. My ex is stubborn to the degree of shutting down their actual memory to avoid dealing with the consequences of their own choices. They literally forget things purposely.

Yep, my mam does this too. Also when she's presented with an objective fact that demonstrates she's clearly wrong. She doesn't even try switch subject to avoid dealing with it, she just maintains she's right and will start to make her same point but phrased differently. Some people are just incredible.

Precisely. Nothing budges them. Here it's not even phrased differently. It's amazing hearing the same lie for the trillionth time, not matter what goes on in reality. A lie to themselves, worst of all.
I know it's brutal as hell, but the thought of being sent to a psych ward... ugh. I think maybe I'll have a backup plan that was a sure way to go out quick, like maybe a knife or razor to my throat. I wouldn't want to traumatize anybody but I sure as hell don't want to be traumatized in a psych ward either.
