  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Like the title! What do you do? Do you use a diary? Do you use your phones calendar? Do you use both? Do you just YOLO?

I try to use everything possible. I can be really disorganised. I try to have people remind me, but sometimes I still forget. I mostly use a mix of my phone's calendar and a physical diary/journal

Early on it was diary, calendar, sticky note hell, everything conceivably possible. Tracking what happened, where I was, what I did/didn't do was the only way to keep together.

Now? Nothing. Not because anything has improved in life, but living a majority of life like this kind of makes things eventually second nature enough to just wing it and cope. Something out of the ordinary happen? Well... It happens, lmao. Just deal with it then.

I write down important things/appointments physically on a piece of paper and place it where I spend most of my time (currently at my desk, and I place them under my monitor). Whenever possible, I request a note with the next appointment date (if there are irregular appointments) because sometimes I do not trust my own writing.

Settings alarms, if it's important naming them.

Pill organizer, although I don't do that anymore because I'm too lazy and I live in a damp environment.

Using key finders (AirTags for Apple devices, SmartTags for Samsung's) has helped me save a lot of time and hassle.

I used to keep a diary, but everything I wrote in it was so frustrating that I ended up destroying it.

I don't have many strategies for managing heavy dissociation yet (aside from laying on the ground or weighted vests to calm my nervous system), but I've been working on maintaining a daily schedule to prevent feeling overwhelmed by the amount of things I have to do. I also keep a log of my daily activities, which helps me stay grounded and track my progress.

Many notes! I keep as many as I can, for every possible thing. My phone's notepad probably has notes in the thousands by now.

Also, Dazai profile picture! He fits so well on SaSu.

I've been meaning to get a weighted blanket... Maybe this is my sign

That's a strategy, although sometimes I forget about the notes!

And yess, I love Dazai! And you have a Yuki pfp from Project Sekai!
