I don't experience truthful joy since 2020 I guess. There are things that make me feel "not-depressed", like a neutral feeling (games, movies, writing, playing DND, music) but truthful joy, I don't think I experience that since a real long time

unfortunately bad things happening to me bring me most joy
like talking to BAD guys on some dc servers, starving myself, cutting myself, involving myself with bad communities like com. its horrible, idk why i hate myself so much that i purposely put myself in situations where im harmed and endangered.
oh and playing roblox, thats a nice thing ig lols
