For context I'll be using SN with metoclopramide as my method.

I recently got onto the dark web markets to find some benzos, and I've been seeing different listings of mostly diazepam, clonazepam, and Xanax. A LOT of Xanax.

Just wondering, do you guys think the type of benzo you take is important? Obviously it will change the ratios of how much you take, but past that are fast acting ones better than slow acting ones? I came across a couple charts after a very lazy google search and it seems to suggest diazepam is the fastest acting benzo. Though I'm not sure I want a muscle relaxant…
I also recall the ppeh recommending oxazepam, a slow acting benzo, though perhaps that was just to scale the amount of benzos necessary.

Maybe the most sedating benzo would be best? View attachment IMG_3751.webp

What are your guys' thoughts? If you're using benzos for your method, which ones are you using?

for most SN protocols, you're also crushing the pills, so fast acting versus slow acting isn't so much of a concern here.

are there any on this list that you've taken before that you know how you react to? you can find conversion tools online for ratios in general to know how much to take if you're following the ppeh guide. believe it's also generally suggested to try a smaller dose than your protocol dosage to see how fast they knock you out, first.

Ah that makes a good amount of sense. Do you think most benzos (crushed) would reach your brain (gaba receptor thing) in under 15 minutes then?

Unfortunately, I've never taken benzos or any other drug besides alcohol before, so I have no idea how it'd affect me. I have heard that you should take half the dose beforehand as a test like with the antiemetic, but I recall people on the forum talking about how the amounts recommended by pph are extremely high for general benzo use. I'd be a bit worried about taking 5-10x a standard dose for my first time; that could end up with me in the hospital. Perhaps a normal dose test run could work? I could then take as much as I think I'd need to knock me out within 20 minutes on the day of.
