I will listen to a slowed version of limerence instrumental on loop. It's the most soothing thing i ever heard other than deep water and fireplace sounds.

No, It just like daydreaming. I am still awake and aware of the world outside but I am in a dream like state while I'm there.

So malapdative daydreaming? I do that alot, i listen to music while i do it to dissociate myself more. Life is too harsh and knowing that you can always escape to a fantasy land to unwind feels good.
