what are you most proud of in your life? even the small things + a mental trick

i always looked at it like this... sometimes what to be proud of is what you DIDN'T do.
never robbed anyone, never killed anyone, never physically hurt anyone.

meanwhile many did, including rich celebrities.
look at Diddy or R kelly.

i bet there's many people in the world who wish they could have back their innocence back, no matter the financial price.
so what do millions mean if you have no morals and a bad conscience?

i'm rich in knowing i'm a good person... something money can never buy.

I'm proud of myself for being a good person. I've been through so much in my life and have so many reasons to be angry at the world but I still turned out to be a kind person through all of that.

No, I don't see existence as something to be proud of rather to me existence will always be the most terrible, cruel and tragic mistake that never should had been imposed, it's just so dreadful how humans impose this existence at all and cause all this torture, harm and suffering as a result with no limit as to how much one can be tortured.

To exist really is an abomination and for me non-existence is just all that's positive, for me ceasing to exist would be the positive solution to find peace from the terrible suffering and torture of existing, to me existence truly is the problem, I only envy those who no longer exist, only non-existence could ever be desirable, all I want is true peace from this torturous existence that is only suffering that just harms existing beings.
