My SN arrived in the mail today, and I'm now waiting for my anti-emetics. I just wanted to know what are the health consequences of failing with SN? For example, organ damage? For anyone on this forum who tried with this method but failed, how would you say the pain is? Did you lose consciousness quickly or was it a slow process? Assuming one gets the dosage right and no ambulance is called, how long does it take to die?

I'm in the same position as you, if it's okay with you, can I ask which anti-emetics you're going to get? Are the over the counter? Are you also getting an acid reducer? Lastly, what's your regimen for taking them?

I ordered primperan on eBay. I haven't thought about getting an acid reducer. And I haven't planned my regimen yet.

I searched for old post regarding SN failed attempts by other users. Maybe their experiences can serve as "frame of reference" about consequences of SN poisoning.

I'm taking advantage of this thread just because I have a doubt about the 48h method.

When should the tagamet be taken, and should primperan be taken just before sn?

Let's say:
6pm primperam

2am primperam

10am primperam

6pm primperam

7pm tagamet

7:45 SN

I haven't read much about it so I don't really know what I am talking about but…

I am afraid that my skin will get an irreversible bluish taint to it. The people on these pictures apparently had a severe case of methemoglobinemia that left their skin permanently blue. SN is supposed to cause severe methemoglobinemia and that's how it is supposed to kill you.

Can someone confirm that this is a potential side effect (irreversible bluish skin) ?

Throwing up, but still ingesting enough to go into a coma and stop breathing, causing brain damage, and still living if discovered and resuscitated, but now permanently handicapped mentally.

I would imagine that would increase your chances, yes.

Have you heard of the amitriptyline cocktail? Amitriptyline and clomipramine are both TCAs and can be substituted for each other. Here is some information on that.

ive heard that lithium plus diuretic and ibuprofen are lethal because they cause intoxication of lithium and dead. I'll use some omeprazol too to prevent vomit. And the 12 bottles of Clonazepam will make me sleep like an angel...I'm not gonna get caught. Even if I agonize I'll be completely alone

I never heard about it. Do you have this book Guide to a Humane Self-Chosen Deathby Dr. Pieter Admiraal?

What led you to believe those two people experienced methemoglobinemia?

when i search the guy on google, he is always associated with methemoglobinemia and blue skin is also always associated with methemoglobinemia. but I'm usually too lazy to actually read those articles so i might be missing out on some important point

lots of people tried this method. we would know if this had happened. it is bad.

just because people said they did it doesn't mean they actually did it. some people might have actually done it's very possible that a lot of them lied about it

Daisy. Of all things to be worried about. Blue skin isn't one. You can research further but I'll tell you why so you can relax.

See, there's two types of methemoglobinemia acquisition.
  1. ACUTE > drugs that induce it aka SN. Symptoms only last until methemoglobinemia resolves.
  2. GENETIC > Persistent low level methemoglobinemia from birth. Very rare. This is what you're posting pics about. The family as you can see, has the genetic mutation that allows for too much methemoglobinemia.

So yeah. ACUTE doses cyanosis will always disappear. No worries.
