What are my best options?

I have 3, maybe 4, options that I think are solid and accessible to me.

-Gun
-Partial hanging
-Compression
-Night-night

Guns are fairly accessible for me and it wouldn't cost much to buy and put up a self defense front. But I know it's one of the more unreliable options. Also they're loud and I live in an apartment so if I fuck up and have to bleed out I don't think I could. I could try a back road but idk if I'd be able to find one that people wouldn't travel.
Partial hanging is a really good option in terms of success. However, I've tried this and even when I was close I stopped myself subconsciously(rude). But I already have what I need for it. I can't do full hanging as I don't think my ceiling fans would hold my weight.
Night-Night method is way less successful. But I have access to 600mg of Ibuprofen, 200mg of lamotrigine, 100mg of Metoprolol, and I think 30mg Gabapentin(I have access to the drug I just don't remember the mg). I also, obviously, have access to over-the-counter pain killers and sleep aid.
Compression method I think is one of the most effective ways. I just forget how to do it. I know it involved sand bags and a ratchet strap but outside of that nothing. I can get the stuff easily though.

I know salt drink is the most effective but I can't get the salt needed easily. Out of the options give which one is the best? I'm also good with mixing options; I'm thinking of doing a mild night night method with compression or partial hanging just so my body doesn't stop it. I could also mix alcohol with the drugs I have but I want to say that's also unreliable. I'd have to drink like 5 bottles of wine within 5 hours to be at a lethal BAC and I feel like my body would just make me throw up.

If you were thinking of overdosing with household stuff... well, that is a non-method that could leave you with liver damage. I think the compression method is either the same or similar to night-night. The salt thing has more waiting for delivery compared to the other methods (assuming u have supplies)

I envy those who have access to firearms, if I had. I would have done it long time ago. There are no high buildings in my city. Overdosing is too risky.

Out of those options gun is going to lead to a successful attempt the most but make sure to get a effective gun and aim it right so you die instantly and not at all suffer the harsh consequences of failure for this method.

I would say the rest of those options while not having any consequences unless someone saves you the middle of it and much more finicky to do, especially the night-night (or compression as I think you just mentioning the same thing twice) method.

I always wish it's not so difficult to be permanently free from this existence, I wish there's the option to just simply cease existing in peace but anyway I wish you the best, I hope that you find the relief you search for.
