What after an overdose?

[I won't be Swedish]

After I've taken my things to overdose, how long will it take until I pass out? Does it depends on the substance / med used? Will I even pass out, after some complications?

I wanna know if I can move outside after the overdose or if the effects will happen too soon to even do anything.

if you took sufficient amounts of the right drugs

or if the effects will happen too soon to even do anything

no if you took it orally not intravenously you will have ten minutes to an hour
