This is an extreme interesting approach. Unfortunately, I can't help with mechanisms to extract the phenobarbital out of the medicine, but I really hope there are people on SaSu ideally having an background in chemistry.

btw I'm not sure if you're mixing up phenobarbital and pentobarbital? Phenobarbital is a lot less deadly than pentobarbital (Nembutal)

No, it is phenobarbital in this syrup.I chose this syrup because it is sold without a prescription in my country...
