A brief summary would help? It's fine if not I'm just being nosey because I really don't understand what's happening. apart from the usual suspects wanting the site down I'm not quite sure what's changed.

A brief summary would help? It's fine if not I'm just being nosey because I really don't understand what's happening. apart from the usual suspects wanting the site down I'm not quite sure what's changed.

A teenager CTBed last fall and a Youtuber who had some brief interaction with him started a thread scolding the community. I guess he was taking his time because only recently did he release a video on his channel basically parroting the usual skewed talking points. So yeah it's nothing entirely new but just the latest round of negative attention forced a domain change and prompted the creation of a Tor site, just to have that as backup. I think that idea's been suggested for a long time and it was finally decided that it was worth it as a contingency.
