Like the title says, how do i obtain a firearm in europe? i know different countries have like permits to fill out and background checks before you can legally buy something like a hunters rifle etc...

but i'm not talking about that more so how to obtain a gun, illegally don't care if i have to spent a bit of money on it aslong as it's reliable and not a scam of course.
I have heard about black markets on the deep web but don't know how trust worthy they are.

Killing yourself with a gunshot to the head seems like the most reliable quick and painless way to die. if i happen to survive and become a vegetable.

i can just put in my note that i don't want to live in a vegetative state and that i wish they pull the plug on me.

Dark net guns are generally accepted to be honeypots or scams nowadays. Hell, they mostly were back when they were at their most accessible, back when some markets actually allowed them to be traded, but now that that one element of safety is gone (dark net markets, which have escrow systems, disputes, ratings, forums etc.) and firearms are solely traded on the "merchant"s own dedicated websites, where all those safety mechanisms that DNMs have are gone, it's just a complete bust. And even if one does find a legit dealer, chances are one of the parts will be caught by customs, and boom, you're fucked.

In terms of ways, it really depends on what country. France and Poland both allow people to purchase black powder guns freely, Austria allows people to purchase certain kinds of hunting firearms freely, some countries are notorious for having more relaxed gun laws compared to most European nations, such as Switzerland or the Czech Republic.

While I would never suggest breaking the law, and this is not a suggestion, the most reliable non-legal way to acquire a firearm would be to build one, either using a 3D printer or making one out of metal. One would also have to reload the ammunition themselves, however, which is a whole seperate can of worms.

I've been researching black powder revolvers and, luckily, I live in Belgium. I found a few gun stores near the French–Belgian border and I'm thinking about buying a .44 cal black powder revolver. I've watched a lot of videos on YouTube; it clearly looks dangerous, though not as lethal as a modern firearm.

will it be lethal enough tho, that's what i'm afraid of, will a blackpowder gun to the temple or roof of the mouth cause instant loss of consciousness?
does it have a lower chance of succeeding compared to regular firearms? Or does it not matter at point-blank range?

I live in Europe. In my country there is either a lenghty legal process or you try to acquire one illegally, which I assume involves dealing with disgusting psychopaths.

Black powder guns are legal in France and are different from modern firearms, think 1800s weapons used in the American Civil War or by pirates.

You can buy them in a French gun shop without a permit or any legal process; you only need to be 18+

In Belgium, even those firearms require a permit, but I could buy one in France and bring it back across the border. We rarely have border controls; I have never been stopped when travelling to Germany, the Netherlands, or France.

Been discussed somewhat on the firearms megathread but tl;dr using a .44 is good and you're gonna want the longest barrelled one you can get.
Aim here:
Medula
Should lose consciousness immediately.
It'll be less powerful than a modern firearm, but with that caliber, at that range, it won't matter, no.

Uh ? I live in France and had no idea, are bullets also accessible for that kind of firearm ? I guess if they are very old they are not usable ?

Euh ? J'habite en France et je n'en avais aucune idée. Est-ce que les munitions pour ce type d'arme sont également disponibles ? J'imagine que si elles sont très anciennes, elles ne sont plus utilisables ?
Do you think this type of black powder weapon could be lethal?

I've seen a few cases of suicide with that type of gun. Some seemed quite destructive surprisingly. But they are less reliable than modern guns as they are antics

I would say a 3D printer is your best bet.
