I know one of the lives I saved as an EMT was after a man who was vacationing at Tahoe (high altitude) went out the day after he arrived (not acclimated to altitude) and tried to shovel a heavy load of snow off his deck (heavy exercise). He keeled over from a heart attack brought on by the altitude and heavy exertion. We brought him back with CPR and a defibrilator.

Altitude makes all heart problems worse. Maybe go for a ski vacation and do some heavy exercise to bring your pulse rate/BP up?

Well 1 softgel of Vit E starts out at 400IU which is equal to 1333% of your daily intake, anything more than that is overkill. It's also a reason why you shouldn't drink Vit E oil since 2.5fl oz contains 75000 IUs

I think there would need to be a preexisting condition. It's very difficult to intentionally have a heart attack or to overdose on a stimulant. It's possible but it would be painful and there are much better methods of escape.

I suffered heart failure some years ago,but was resuscitated with a defbrillator
It was during the late stages of labour (a 10lb+ baby and 14 hour labour)
No preexisting heart issue. Just massive strain on the heart after prolonged period of exertion

do NOT od on caffeine. You obviously won't be able to sleep and you'll end up throwing up the pills (if youve taken pills) and everything you've eaten til you have nothing left in your body. It's just painful and shit loads of problems. It doesn't work.
