So after a lot of deliberation I have settled on a method (won't be disclosing it here cause I know how you girls like to tussle and it will cause a degree of trying to convince its a bad idea haha) and have decided to go in the next 24hours. I'm just waiting on one more thing to arrive. There's been a few things happened this week that have really convinced me it's time to leave to get out of the never ending cycle. My notes are all written, I'm pretty sure I won't be found before I'm dead which is the biggest thing to prevent a successful ctb with my chosen method. Bit weird because even though I've had this account for years only really started posting and commenting recently . But yeah it's weird I'm almost excited in a weird way, feels like Christmas Eve

I'm kinda curious now about what the method is. Maybe it is a bad idea, you might have a good chance of surviving with permanent damage. Or is very difficult to pull off. This community is very knowledgeable and can give you good advice so it might be worth sharing. It's a pro-choice community so don't feel like anyone will try to convince you of anything. Anyway, wish you well in whatever your choice is.

I'm kinda curious now about what the method is. Maybe it is a bad idea, you might have a good chance of surviving with permanent damage. Or is very difficult to pull off. This community is very knowledgeable and can give you good advice so it might be worth sharing. It's a pro-choice community so don't feel like anyone will try to convince you of anything. Anyway, wish you well in whatever your choice is.

So it's a drug overdose. The only way I can see it failing is if for some reason someone call an ambulance which I highly doubt will happen. I'm going to take Meto to keep it all down then take 210* 40mg propranolol (so just over 8 grams) and 100mg diphenhydramine, and a bit of alcohol to just move the process on / make me sleepy. I'm hoping from what I've read I'll be unconscious / incoherent for the worst of it, and also judging from the articles and scientific papers I've read a propranolol overdose is one of the hardest to treat without early and intense intervention, which obviously can only happen if found. It's risky for sure, but I'm allowing myself many many many hours in which no one would usually check on me. I have friends I speak to every day but not in the hours I'll start / would be dead by the time we'd usually talk. Will it be peaceful probably not haha

Also to add I'm quite a small person weight wise so I'm hoping that will work in my favour
Also to add may have to move it on a day as I've for sure been given the wrong type of milk in my coffee this morning so my stomach is hella sensitive rn
