I'm guessing the consequences of not dying would be whatever happens in the case of severe trauma to the neck. Damage to the airway, trachea, and possibly spine damage that could lead to paralysis.
Ty, how could this happen tho if the rope is still around ur neck like how could u survive without getting it off
I'm no expert, but I'm guessing the only way you would survive is if the rope breaks easily without putting too much pressure on your neck first, or if you weren't going fast enough in your vehicle.
