'With only three weeks to go before British Columbia's decriminalization of hard drugs, a Vancouver man says he is already planning to open Canada's first store selling crack, meth and heroin.'

I wonder if he'll sell fentanyl

I def wouldn't count on that store being open long or the owner not being in jail. Also, it says safe hard drugs. Fentanyl isn't exactly safe nor sought after by users. Decriminalized doesn't mean legal and I doubt he's only going to stock less than 2.5g to skid the personal use clause.
