Vacation!

So I took a week off work for the first time in 3 years.

I don't actually feel like going anywhere or doing anything though, so I'll probably just roll in bed for the whole week, regress to a derealized mess, and have to relearn speech like a baby when I go back to the people's world.

It would be great if I took this opportunity to finish my stupid apartment that still has parts of the floor unlaid and walls unpainted. Feeling extremely unmotivated though.

I'm looking around for games I'd actually enjoy and haven't come up with much yet.

You might motivate yourself to do something you normally wouldn't do, like go to an ice cream parlor, a movie theater, library, or a game arcade. Even if it is only ten to twenty minutes, it can still be a little adventure.

That could be something. Haven't had ice cream in 15 years.

I've just moved to a new place and there's still so much unpacking to do. If I had the money, I'd 100% pay someone off to do it.

Played Cultist Simulator and the Rusty Lake series last year. Comfy.

Wish there was more like that. More monstrous. More deranged. More rousing of the fermented destructive instinct that sleeps buried deep in the abyss of our souls.

Third day away from work. Feel like the reality slip is starting. It's a very comfortable feeling. I don't have to be human. I don't feel my body or see myself in the mirror. I can be a disembodied consciousness hanging out in a parallell dimension while everything else is somewhere far away, and whatever happens there is irrelevant. Only my own microcosm is real.

Couldn't ask for a finer vacation, really.
