Help Using nitrogen but confused by regulators

I have purchased the nitrogen tank, the mask and ended up getting an Argon regulator due to economics. The mask is the Allegro 9902 which is positive pressure but I'm just not sure how I should set the Argon regulator to flow. From what I have read I need the flow to be 25lpm. How would I go about setting the gauge so that I know I am getting 25? I have seen pictures of other peoples setups without a flow meter but I am now wondering ix if I should get an argon regulator with a built in flow meter. I really don't want to fuck this up. Please help.

You can put one of those floating ball type flowmeters on after the regulator.
You may have to apply a "correction factor" to the Argon flowmeter because you're running Nitrogen through it. See posts in link below.
