Using melatonin as a sedative for SN method

Do you guys think that melatonin accompanied with acetaminophen and aspirin would ease the pain and prevent me from puking a bit, for the SN method?
As for the puking, what about pepto-bismols?

Wishing to pass away peacefully, just like sleeping after a long day. I appreciate any feedbacks or personal experiences. Thanks.

Melatonin probably won't be enough by itself, maybe if you take melatonin along with another supplement that promote sleep like valerian root or a few Benadryl's. As for pepto bismol, i think I've seen other members talk about how its probably not strong enough. Weed may be a better option, it has anti-emetic properties according to google.

?mg Hydroxyzine
50-75mg benedryl
50-100mg melatonin
