I have heard of people tripping out on mushrooms.
this generally occurs when the person has an underlying cognitive disability, notably schizophrenia, or the individual didn't succumb to the experience

What do the mushrooms feel like?
It is different for everyone, but for me it's just a massive emotional release and forces me to confront issues pertinent to my life. It often resurfaces unresolved trauma I then realize I need to work through. It helped me to realize I've been repressing being trans for so many years.

Visuals are really the least important aspect of the experience IMO but I typically just get things melting together, objects "flowing", and seeing patterns in everything, accompanied with a general "melting" or "becoming part of the earth" sensation.

Cant speak for everyone, but for me, and in general, It can be quite pleasant if you know what you're getting into and you're willing to accept your total loss of control during the experience. More importantly however, mushrooms, and psychedelics in general can be a powerful tool in aiding you through unresolved issues in your life. Do your own reasearch (and a lot of it) if you're considering dabbling in these substances.

What is LSD like?
Look at The Beckley Foundation for research on LSD and depression. LSD has saved my life. I'm still pretty tired of it though, but it's so much better than it was...

My first time on shrooms was the best. I was in nature and felt so connected with it. I had no anxiety for once. It was a beautiful experience.

You can take them in microdoses for depression. They regrow brain cells. Do your research, check contraindications with any meds. But microdosing I believe is pretty safe. Also with any psychedelic, start small

Thanks, I think I had these "magic mushrooms" growing from a hanging basket in my garden. However I will make sure I can source these and try them. Many thanks!
