Used to drink, is N tolerance a problem?

Drank heavily for four years and quit three years ago, not a drop since. I am a 240lb male. Should I go for the 3rd bottle of N to be safe?
Also take blood pressure meds since then but no diazepines or narcotics of any kind and a low dose of an SSRI.

I can't answer your question 100%, but I will simply quote the relevant pages I found on the subject.

Chronic heavy alcohol use, for example, can lead to crosstolerance and may impair the action of the barbiturate. In rare cases, taking another barbiturate, such as the anti-convulsant phenobarb, can lead to the development of a barbiturate-tolerance. In these cases, a larger dose of Nembutal (10gm powder or 2 x 100ml bottles) would be advised.

All barbiturates and glutethimide lead to tolerance. Anyone who regularly uses any of these drugs must first stop taking them. For the total length of withdrawal the standard recommendation of 2 + 3 weeks applies. At least two weeks of cutting the dose down to nil and at least three weeks being 'clean' preceding the self-chosen death (see 2.2.6).
The following is of great importance: if hastening death with barbiturates or glutethimide is planned, any use of benzodiazepines must also be stopped. The reason for this is of a technical pharmacological nature.
For withdrawal from benzodiazepines the same standard recommendation of 2 + 3 weeks applies. The cutting-down phase may also be extended. Some people find 4 + 3 weeks easier to manage because of a more gradual adjustment of
the central nervous system.
Withdrawal from phenobarbital deviates from the standard recommendation. Epilepsy patients use this drug regularly so in their case tolerance is well established. Anyone wishing to use this drug for hastening death must be 'clean' for at least four weeks. The total withdrawal period for phenobarbital, therefore, lasts six weeks: two weeks cutting down and four weeks 'clean'. During these six weeks an epileptic attack may be induced. This is a serious drawback to be discussed with a neurologist in order to switch to a non-barbiturate anti-epileptic.
This alternative anti-epiletic drug should not be a benzodiazepine for the reason given in the previous paragraph.

I'd say two bottles is enough. But it can't hurt to take three bottles. The more the better. If you have the money and it is not too much trouble, I would probably order 3 bottles in your case. And even if you only manage 250ml in the end, it could still be worth it.
