Help USA: Will I have to sign for the SN in order for them to drop it off? From DMC.

Wondering if I have to be home to sign for it.

Also curious how often ppl in the USA are welfare checked after ordering SN thru DMC.

this has been described here before in other posts. basically small box with black plastic taped around it marked as concrete hardener.
