Update on my OD + future attempt ideas

You guys were of course right. I tried 700mg of seroquel, 7.5mg of Ativan, and 525mg of zoloft. Didnt work, I was just extremely tired, mom found the empty pill bottles and called an ambulance.

I don't remember most of the hospital stay but they medically cleared me within 12 hours and gave me calcium and fluids. They made 2 police officers sit outside my room because I was a "flight risk" which made me so fucking mad.

The psychiatric emergency services ended up letting me go since they believed I was okay.

I've already tried hanging, suffocating, and oding multiple times at this point which has led to multiple month psychiatric stays. I think my next attempt is jumping off the Niagara escarpment. Where I'm planning to jump is approx 100 meters but I am planning to take some measures of oding on a bunch of stuff before and stabbing my self in the stomach with a new box cutter I have.

Stabbing yourself with a box cutter is really a bad idea, it won't work. You'll get injured badly and taken to the hospital and your family will know that you tried to kill yourself, et cetera delaying your CTB.

I've self harmed with a box cutter knife, it's painful so i can't even think what would happen if you start stabbing yourself with it and it won't kill you.

I think they meant that they will stab themselves before jumping 'just to be sure', which is possibly even worse of an idea

The difference is that they will be suffering for extra few seconds before hitting the ground. Completely unnecessarily
