I think it's happening now. I had a norco and some alcohol, if it's not enough and I don't repent soon I might take some more. Either I wake up with a bad hangover, in a hospital bed, or I don't at all. I can already feel myself turning cold, my stomach trying to regurgitate it all and the rest of my organs cramping and shutting down, slowly but surely.

Look into PDA autism and make sure people know about it. I didn't know for most of my life, and now that I do it's too late. If I'm not gonna survive the world, hopefully others like me still can.
