Yes at 30 you can be approved if you meet the requirements of the particular association and swiss law. There are 6 in Switzerland and 1 in Germany.
The requirements are similar for most associations, except for Pegasos and the one in Germany. Dignitas is the only association that offers a fee waiver, but only in rare cases. The chance is very low. I recommend visiting the websites of the associations and reading their conditions.
What do you mean by iv ? Intravenous injection ? Five of the associations in Switzerland do it with an infusion. The association in Germany does not.
