I'm actually going to be trying that route. I know it will take a long time, probably at least 3 years, and I may not get approved, but I am planning to start asking for assisted dying soon, and see what happens.

Took some medication off me in case I OD

I saw someone from the community mental health team today.
Told me my request for ECT has been discussed and rejected
I told her that if they don't give me ECT I will kill myself
They're going to ask for reconsideration
