uk sn, propranolol, benzo source?

Hi. I found out about the SN method on this forum. I am in the UK now, with little access to GP.
I am searching online for meds. So far I think I have access to antiemetic(meto), antacid(famotidine) and painkiller(ibuprofen).
As for sn, propranolol and benzo I don't know how to get them. I stumbled across fake websites only.

Having access to antiemetics and painkillers is already a really good start. As for the propranolol, new methods don't recommend it so you don't need it. You can easily get a prescription for benzo's with your doctor or therapist. Just talk about how anxious you are and that you can't sleep due to extreme anxiety. I will DM you a SN link.

I am set to using the older method for now... with the normal dose of benzo + propranolol.
I hoped to use propranolol to help with racing heartbeat and quicker loss of consciousness.

I still hope to find benzo via online purchase.
I thought I had access to diazepam, but ended up without 45GBP in my wallet for nothing.


Ordered SN! Ordered Bisoprolol! feeling a little relieved.

Also ordered a bunch of items.
100ml cups (arrived), 50ml glass(arrived), small scales, mortar & pestle and bucket.
