It's so horrible how difficult it is to ctb especially in the UK, I'm from England, I hate this anti-suicide country where suicide isn't accepted as a valid option. There is just no straightforward way to leave unfortunately, it's just the reality, I so wish Nembutal was legalised.

It's so horrible because even if you try and get help there is absolutely nothing. Over a year of actively trying and not attempting and I can't get help anywhere but there seems to be no way out unless I want to do it brutally
