Ian Curtis of Joy Division and Chester Bennington of Linkin Park.

How much I'd love to know their final thinking patterns. Anxiety for the upcoming tour? Felt they'd already said all they needed to say?

I know Chester was suffering from severe depression for a long time, it might be possible that the stress of the tour pushed him over the edge. I don't really know about ian curtis so i can't really say anything on that matter

Ian Curtis had a lot going on in his personal life, he was about to go through a divorce iirc, as well as dealing with a health condition that was worsening at the time (epilepsy).

I really envy those who managed to succeed with the hanging method, it certainly makes it sound much easier when you hear of people succeeding, I admire their courage and at least now they are free from all suffering. Rest in peace.
