Help Two methods ... only one choice!

Je me suis inscrit il y a quelques jours, je lis des dizaines de pages chaque jour et je trouve ce forum incroyable. Enfin un endroit où nous nous rencontrons pour discuter librement de la manière dont nous voulons mettre fin à nos vies (pacifiquement?).

J'ai besoin de votre aide pour choisir entre 2 méthodes (une sorte d'enquête):

1- SN (seul)

Je peux prendre 30g de SN par capsule (000) ou 30g de SN dilués dans de l'eau. Avec éventuellement du bicarbonate de soude?
Mais je ne peux pas avoir d'antiémétique (Antihistamin H2 ou autres) et d'anti-acide car j'habite en France et considérais que ce n'était pas possible pour moi.

2- Suspension partielle

Je peux me pendre partiellement avec une corde d'escalade. J'espère rester silencieux (même si je suis seul à la maison, les murs ne sont pas épais et les voisins peuvent m'entendre convulser).

Pour vous, je dois utiliser la méthode 1 ou la méthode 2 ?
Sachant que je ne peux pas les améliorer (comme ajouter des antiacides / consommer des somnifères ...)

May I ask why you can't have anti-acid meds in France? What do you do if you have ingestion and/or heart burn? Odd.

Only you can choose your method, nobody will tell you what to do.

Just make sure you approach your chosen method in the best way that you can.

Short drop suspension and SN are my choices too. If I can secure all the ingredients for SN then I'll go with that, if I can't then I'll secure a rope and go that route.

Pepto bismal is an over the counter one you can buy. This stops nausea.

I already searched a lot and found that:

For antacid (IPP, proton pump inhibitors) I can only have 1 medicine without a prescription: MOPRALPRO 20 mg box of 14 (it's Omeprazole)

For antiemetics I can have only 1 drug without a prescription: VOGALIB 7.5 mg box of 8 (it's Metopimazine)

But I have not managed to find a site to check the interraction with the SN for these 2 drugs, I'm afraid to fail ...

There are no interactions with those drugs

I agree, I prefer to leave with the SN, I would feel more at peace.

In France I did not find a shop that sells it. Just Vogalib or Mopralpro.

I signed up a few days ago, I read dozens of pages every day and I find this amazing forum. Finally a place where we meet to talk freely about how we want to end our lives (peacefully?).

I need your help to choose between 2 methods (a kind of investigation):

1- SN (alone)

I can take 30 mg SN in capsule (000) or 30 mg SN diluted in water. With possibly baking soda?
But I can not have antiemetic (Antihistamine H2 or others) and anti-acid because I live in France and considered that it is not possible for me.

2- Partial suspension

I can hang myself partially with a climbing rope. I hope to be silent (although I'm home alone, the walls are not thick and the neighbors can hear me convulse).

For you, I have to use method 1 or method 2?
Knowing that I can not improve them (like adding antacids / consume sleeping pills ...)

I think I take x1 MOPRALPRO 20 mg (omeprazole) in the morning (the drug works all day, I found no "maximum" efficacy).

And i will take x3 VOGALIB 7.5 mg (metopimazine) 30 minutes before 30 g SN.
