Trying full suspension in the next couple days but I'm worried something is going to go wrong

I don't know what knot to use to secure it to the handle.
I'm worried that my anchor point is going to break. It's a high cabinet in my bathroom.
I'm worried that it is not high enough to do full suspension.
I can't reach it from the floor
I'm very worried SI is going to kick in when I'm hanging there
There's so many things that can go wrong
