Help Trusted sites for delayed emails?

After some hard thinking, I don't want anyone but the authorities to find my body, however I've read in some threads in the past about some websites that scan through your email before it gets sent and google does the same. I read about a user who used a site to send a delayed email but deleted it before it got sent and still got the police on his door. I want to be safe and make sure the emails don't get hijacked. Any reliable sites to use?

If you get "gmass" for gmail, it allows you to send out mass emails at a specific scheduled time.

gmail now has built-in auto scheduling of emails.
However, the issue is privacy.
