Definitely not trazodone. The most common side effects are nausea and vomiting and it's even worse if you don't take it with food. I don't know about vinpocetine but I doubt it. If you really can't get your hands on the recommended antiemetics pretty much every doctor will readily prescribe Zofran.

But what would I tell my psychiatrist to get it? Saying that I've been having nausea ? I don't know if he'll buy it. I've read people in here saying they can get fake prescriptions or buy from online pharmacies, do you happen to know anything about how to do that?
Your psychiatrist wouldn't prescribe it, it would be either your primary care doctor or a doctor at an urgent care clinic. And yeah you would just say you have nausea. The times I've been prescribed it I told the doctor I had been nauseous and throwing up for a couple days and wanted something to treat it.
