Tramadol is a pretty weak opioid, it might work if you take enough but I would look into obtaining fentanyl or a zene opioid instead to guarantee it.

O-DSMT is a derivative & of similar strength to tramadol. Someone on here survived 1g of it & 300mg bromazolam & 1g ketamine. Although since ket doesn't suppress breathing it might've been that caused failure.
