Method Tramadol in SN protocol?

Hello, do you know if i can replace advil or tylenol with tramadol+dexketoprofen (one pill) in SN protocol? It works better for headaches for me (like its the only thing that works). And make you super calm

yea it has a good effect. no nausea etc. also i plan to use alprazolam as benzo, because its the one i have access to, but even getting other ones wouldnt be a problem because saying so to a doctor wouldnt even demand lying
