Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So i saw an explanation of the "nightnight" method iirc. There some sort of padding is to be used in two separate spots on the sides of the throat (veins and vessels) and a belt of some kind to really put pressure on it and stop bloodflow to the brain.

I've practiced this, except it was using strong material and a butter knife to make a makeshift tourniquet. The knife balanced on my chin and chest. Wouldn't this cause the same outcome? Dying rather peacefully (relatively speaking)? Like.. am i being really dumb rn?

I believe tourniquets arnt recommended because it's to easy for them to come undue or lose pressure as you move around after passing out. Syncope I believe it's called.
