Regarding total suspension, some people claim it can be painful for up to a minute after falling into the noose. Do you think this is realistic? A minute of pain before losing consciousness?

If someone doesn't pass out in under 10 seconds then they're doing it wrong. And yeah total hurts more than partial. That's why I personally prefer partial.
