Awhile back I had taken SN and I was "saved", woke up in the hospital and all that. I've finally been let out of the psychiatric ward and I tried again, but now I can't keep it down long enough for it to do anything. It's like my body knows what it is and it reacts violently the moment it's been gulped down. I fast and do everything you're supposed to as well. :( I do not find it difficult to drink to be clear. I'm not gagging or anything like that. The reaction happens only after I've actually drank it. Idk what to do now, I feel trapped

What do you mean your body reacts violently after drinking it?

Your description is very vague. Do you mean you vomited much of it back up. Did you take an anti-sickness tablet beforehand like metoclopramide or domperidone?

"Awhile back I had taken SN"
When ? What symptoms do you have now ? Do you feel you have permanent health problems ? If yes, which problems exactly?
He is saying he completely vomits it up as soon as he drinks the SN. He drinks the SN fine but within minutes he vomits (he says violently...so meaning projectile vomit).
OP: I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. Our body learns from eating or drinking poisonous substances. I can't think of any suggestions, only possibly to see what happens when you take a single sip. I would try taking a small sip of SN and waiting to see what happens, then if nothing happens in five minutes or so, take another sip. I can't think of anything else that will help with the vomiting. I would be frustrated too. I wish we had a switch that we could just turn off and leave this world. I'm sorry this is so difficult.

You poor soul. I know this isn't the same, but I developed a bad food aversion to pork after getting really bad food poisoning during my honeymoon (like I lost 25 lbs in 24 hours bad…) Literally couldn't even smell it or I'd start vomiting everywhere for a solid decade. Then one day it just went away. Like a year after I became vegetarian.

You might find this interesting…

I took meto, yes. As Judy said, I am projectile vomiting shortly after drinking it - to be more precise, it's like a delayed aversion kind of response I think, where instead of vomiting or gagging while actively trying to take a sip, it happens right after it's already gone down the hatch. I can't even keep it down for a minute. I think I'm unfortunately really prone to these kinds of reactions, as when I was a stupid teenager I tried to overdose on aspirin and now over six years later, the smell of aspirin makes me ill.

But I really need SN to work. I would have died the first time I took it if I wasn't saved. I need to escape, I can't do any of this anymore and yet now my only painless way out isn't working. :(

It went away when you were vegetarian? Did you experience any deficiencies during that year or anything? That's so interesting. Bodies are so cool to me. We're so perfectly designed for survival that I would probably find it beautiful if I wasn't actively suicidal lol.

This is very typical of anything you've eaten that poisons you - including food poisoning.

It's not unusual to have strong negative reactions to something that has made you ill in the past. It's an evolutionary response to keep people and animals from poisoning themselves more than once.

As a milder example, when I was in college I had food poisoning, along with a lot of my classmates who ate in the dining hall that night. To this day - more than 35 years later - if I even see the words "Chicken Cordon Bleu" on a menu, my stomach flips over. If I see it or smell it, I have to leave the area to keep myself from vomiting.

I hate to say it - and you might not want to hear it - but you may have to look for a different method.

Maybe try GHB/1,4 BDO overdose. This one is illegal but it kills via the same way as N and it's cheaper too

Does that work, though? I'm an idiot.
I'm sorry you are experiencing these side effects. May I suggest extra strength orajel to rub on your tongue and gums. This will numb some of the taste. And Inhaling an isopropyl alcohol pad may help with some of the nausea.
I am going to try both of those tips soon, thank you! If that doesn't work, I'll maybe try injecting like Purella suggests or.. what would happen if one took it rectally? Does anyone know? I'll look for another method if I fail one or two times more, but I really don't want to if I can help it. SN is so accessible & having survived it with no ill effect whatsoever, I'm reluctant to try another method with a higher probability of screwing me up.

Thank you everyone for your kind words & helpful responses so, so much.

I think the idea of "taking sips" doesn't appeal to me. I'm gonna take it down like a shot. We're not sipping wine.
