The OP only took 1/3 tbsp which equals about 5-6 grams. Clearly far under the recommended 25 grams.

For those who are trying to successfully pass I would NOT recommend drinking any water after.

Wondering why not recommending drinking water after or if nothing else just to spit out what's left in your mouth? It doesn't mention it in the PPeH or Stan's Guide, but what could it hurt? Serious question and just wondering.

Drinking water after is more likely to make you puke I'd imagine. To each their own though I guess. I'm not an expert.
